Melissa Joan Hart is using Hypnosis for Childbirth!

I am not sure which program she is using, but I think it is so cool that she is using hypnosis for childbirth.  Maybe now more moms will be aware that is even a choice! 

There are a lot of different programs out there, here are some options for study.
