What do you do for him taking a shower? We had that shower problem and boy, I can tell you, it was crazy. Using a garbage bag and duct tape took forEVER. My husband finally found out that there is a dry pro cast cover that'll keep the cast dry. He ordered it online through drycorp.com and we used it right when it came. It works great and you might wanna consider that for Carson. It definitely saved my summer as a mom and I am very happy that someone thought about that product!!!!!! This is coming from a gal who had had 3 broken left arms, 2 broken right arms, a chipped growth plate in her left knee, 7 broken fingers, a hole punctured in her left eye, 1 set of mid-forehead stitches and countless sprains by the age of 10. lol!
