Good Article on Maternity-Care in USA Today

I really liked the article.  Maternity-care failings can be remedied with cost-saving fixes.
It was short and to the point and it had pretty good information in it!  The article covered C-sections, informed consent and doulas. 
I love articles like this.  Hopefully it will make people stop and think.
